Streusel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins.
Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
