Low-Fat Sweet Potato And Orange Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can potatoes
2 navel oranges
2 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. honey
1 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. cloves, ground
2 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation

Drain cool potatoes.
Slice in small pieces.
Mix in orange slices.
Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix orange juice, honey, cornstarch and cloves.
Cook on medium heat.
Stir constantly until thick.
Pour over sweet potato mix.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
