Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 asparagus spears
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese (natural)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. light cream
    unbaked 10 or 9-inch pie shell
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange asparagus in spoke like fashion in pie shell. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Beat together eggs, flour, salt and cream.
    Pour over asparagus and cheese.
    Sprinkle on the Parmesan and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
