Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Swanson chicken, drained
    1 bunch diced spring onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
    3 c. cooked instant rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Using wok or heavy frying pan, add 1/2 cup oil, onions and celery.
    Saute.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
    Add chicken and rice and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook until hot.
    Serves 4.
