Squash Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 c. saltines, crumbled
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    bread crumbs
    margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except last 3) and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
