Mile-High Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add salt, vanilla and 6 tablespoons sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition, until mixture is thick and holds a peak.
Set aside.
