Pear Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can pears
1 c. liquid from pears
1 small lime jello
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Drain juice from can of pears and heat 1 cup of it to boiling point.
Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Cool until slightly thickened.
Beat cheese and cream until smooth.
Add slightly thickened gelatin and beat well with rotary mixer.
Fold in pears which have been cut into small pieces and add whipped cream.
Refrigerate.
