Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    2 sliced onions
    8 sliced carrots
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    1 lb. chopped meat
    1/2 bag barley
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Add sliced onions and cook until wilted.
    Add the tomatoes and 4 cans of water.
    Add beef bouillon cubes. Add carrots. Salt and pepper to taste.
