Hawaiian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. de pepe soup pasta
    3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 to 2 cans chunked pineapple, drained
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coconut
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Mix sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add pineapple juice and eggs.
    Cook until thick.
    Add lemon juice and cool.
