Turkey Breast A La Gretchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 lb. frozen turkey breast
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter (not margarine)
1/3 to 1/2 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. thyme
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
disposable cooking bag
Preparation

Empty turkey breast cavity and rinse the breast.
Melt the butter.
Add the wine, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Shake the flour in
a large size cooking bag.
Pour the butter mixture into the bag and place the turkey breast in the bag.
Follow the cooking bag's instructions in the top.
Turkey does not need any basting. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
