Indian Summer Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 small onion, sliced into rings
    1 c. fresh or frozen corn
    1 green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 large mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Stir-fry first 3 ingredients in oil for 3 minutes, then add next 3 ingredients and stir-fry for another 3 minutes, covered. Then add last 3 ingredients and stir-fry another 3 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
