Chocolate Cake(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. cold coffee
    1 egg
    sweetener equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line an 8-inch round cake pan with paper; grease lightly with butter.
    Sift first four ingredients together; blend in cocoa and coffee.
    Beat egg, sweetener, water, oil and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour in pan, cover with foil and place in shallow pan of water. Bake 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool and frost (see recipe for frosting).
