Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream margarine and shortening with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Add extract.
    Bake in a large tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Glaze.
