Light 'N Fruity Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg Strawberry Jello
    2\\3 C. Boiling Water
    2 C. Ice Cubes
    3 1\\2 C. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 C. Fresh Strawberries (canned fruit, drained)
    1 9 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust, prepared
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 min. Add ice cubes, stir constantly until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 min. Remove and unmelted ice cubes. Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries and chill, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish as desired. Any flavor Jello and fruit can be used. Also try Orange Jello with Mandarin Oranges.
