Ingredients

6 medium carrots, washed and sliced
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine carrots, butter and brown sugar in a 1 or 2-quart casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 9 to 10 minutes.
Stir after 5 minutes.
Combine mustard, orange juice and cornstarch.
Pour over carrots.
Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
