Cheesy Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
12 cooked manicotti shells
1 (29 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Combine 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and the next 6 items in a bowl.
Stir well; set aside.
Stuff each shell with 1/4 cup cheese mixture.
Arrange in dish.
Pour sauce over shells.
Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
Serves 6.
