Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, sliced
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake until well coated.
    Empty bag into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
