Harvest Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine seasonings.
    Place 2 tablespoons in a nonstick skillet.
    Arrange a third of the potato slices in a circular pattern in skillet.
    Sprinkle about 1/4 of the seasonings, 4 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons onion.
    Repeat layers twice. Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Invert onto serving platter to unmold potatoes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
