Oven Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) cut up fryer chicken
    1/2 to 1/4 c. flour, seasoned with 1 tsp. paprika, 3/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Shake chicken in paper bag with seasoned flour.
    Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chicken skin side down. Bake uncovered at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
