Peanut Butter Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    dash of salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat egg white and salt until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. With a rubber spatula or spoon, work in peanut butter.
    Drop mixture from teaspoon 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool slightly before removing from sheet.
    Yields 12.
