Ranch Hand Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. ham, diced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. chunky taco sauce
    4 sourdough or regular English muffins
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    parsley sprigs (for garnish, optional)
Preparation
    On a griddle or skillet, heat butter.
    Saute ham until heated and beginning to get crispy.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Turn heat to low.
    Cover with lid.
