Oatmeal Raisin Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats (not instant)
1 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. salted butter, softened
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. pure vanilla
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine flour, soda, salt and oats. Mix well and set aside.
Blend sugars; add butter and mix to form a grainy paste.
Add honey, then vanilla and eggs.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add flour mixture, raisins and walnuts.
Do not overmix.
Drop by rounded tablespoons on ungreased sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until light brown. Immediately transfer cookies with a spatula to a cool flat surface.
