Cheese Noodle Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. boiled noodles (1 lb.)
    butter
    1/2 c. cottage cheese, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cracker crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 oz. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano (flat)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, sliced thinly
    5 garlic cloves, crushed fine
    sprinkle of oregano (1/2 tsp.)
Preparation
    Saute in small pan with olive oil on low setting 10 minutes. Add to black beans; stir well.
    Add water if needed.
    Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar and stir.
    Let set 30 minutes on low. Cooked beans to be served over rice.
    Sprinkle with finely chopped onions if desired.
    Leftover beans may be cooled and frozen for use with another meal.
