Cool Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (3-oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 graham cracker crust
1 1/4 cups boiling water (may use juice from fruit)
1 to 1 1/2 cups sweetened sliced or frozen strawberries
Preparation

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Gradually add ice cream, stirring until melted. Then chill until thickened, but not set - 15 to 20 minutes.
Fold in strawberries. Pour into crumb crust. Chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
Chill and serve.
