Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    1 pkg. George Washington golden broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1 qt. cottage cheese
    3 to 4 c. Special K cereal flakes, crushed
    6 eggs
    1 can Soyameat, diced (chicken style)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into oiled casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
