Cheater'S Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can condensed cream of potato soup
    milk
    1 (7 oz.) can minced clams
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Fry the chopped bacon and onion together until the onion is soft.
    Prepare soup according to directions on can.
    Add the clams, bacon, onion and pepper; simmer 12 minutes and serve with a dab of butter floating in the middle.
    Serve with salad and French bread.
    Serves two.
