Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce to taste
2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
30 saltine crackers, thoroughly crushed
Preparation

Mix
all ingredients well;
form into small cakes.
Fry in 1/4-inch hot oil until brown.
Makes 14 cakes.
