Roger Staubach'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh spinach
    4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 can French fried onion rings
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 onion, quartered
Preparation
    Wash spinach; remove stems.
    Tear in bite-size pieces.
    In a tall bottle, mix dry ingredients first, then add liquid ingredients, mixing well.
    Put onion in for flavor, but remove at serving.
    Makes enough dressing for 2 bags of spinach.
