Refrigerator Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; add chopped pepper and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix vinegar, oil and sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Layer cabbage, onion and pepper and pour vinegar over it.
    Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
    Stir well at this time.
