Nutty Yam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes or yams
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2 c. milk

Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes. Mash while hot. Add sugar, butter and spices. Mix well. Beat in eggs and milk. Whip with mixer. Turn into 3-quart greased casserole.
