Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. sliced apples
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and egg.
    Stir into rhubarb and apples. Spoon into pie shell.
    Top with lattice crust, crumb crust or my mother's corn flake topping (below).
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
