Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 butterflied pork chops
    1 c. flour
    2 c. bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cut off all the fat from meat; pound with meat cleaver and set aside.
    Use 3 bowls and fill with: (1) flour, pepper and salt (2) beaten eggs and (3) bread crumbs.
