Potato Salsa Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    10 oz. chunky white meat chicken
    1 c. chili salsa
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    no-fat shredded Cheddar or taco mix cheese
Preparation
    Bake washed, pricked potatoes as you normally would.
    In a saucepan, add remaining ingredients, except cheese and heat to blend.
    When potatoes are done, open the face of each, spoon in the chicken/salsa mix, sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler to have cheese melt (be careful, this happens quickly).
