Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. ham, diced
    3/4 c. small cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine 1 tablespoon oil and soy sauce.
    Heat wok or skillet. Add oil.
    Add egg.
    Cook until set.
    Turn over.
    Remove and dice. Add other tablespoon oil.
    Stir-fry green onion and peas for 1 minute.
    Add ham, shrimp and rice.
    Mix until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
    Sprinkle with additional soy sauce when served, if desired.
