Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, crumbled and browned
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    dash of dry mustard
    day old bread torn into chunks
Preparation
    The night before, line large baking dish with bread.
    Pour sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard together in a separate bowl and beat well.
    Pour over sausage and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
