Denise'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    Worcestershire sauce
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 envelope spaghetti seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1/4 Tbsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Brown the first 5 ingredients; drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, adding a couple of tomato paste cans of water.
    Let simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
    Remove bay leaves and serve with spaghetti.
    Add shredded cheese to sauce, if desired.
