Spicy Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Melt cheeses in top of double boiler.
    Cook sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly; drain.
    Mix cheeses and sausage together. Pour into well-greased Bundt or ring mold.
    Chill until firm. Unmold onto serving platter.
    Yield:
    1 cheese mold.
