Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice together.
    Set aside.
    Coat 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    On bottom, place 1 package of rolls.
    (Just unroll and fit into place).
    Layer cream cheese mixture on top of rolls.
    Place second package of rolls on top.
    Spread egg white on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
