Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) rump roast (bone in)
    2 Tbsp. Crisco or oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper or lemon pepper marinade
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Season the roast well the day before it is to be cooked with plenty of salt and pepper or the lemon pepper marinade.
