Tea Cakes(Makes 50 Old Fashioned Cakes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter or oleo and let cool.
Beat eggs well.
Mix all ingredients except flour, which is added gradually to egg mixture. When dough becomes stiff enough to handle, knead on floured board or cloth.
Roll out and cut.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from greased cookie sheet immediately and cool. Store in tins.
