Holiday Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    1 lb. carrots, diced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 lb. shallots, finely chopped
    12 c. dried bread cubes (about 1 lb. loaf)
    1 c. halved seedless grapes
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 Tbsp. rubbed sage
    approximately 2 c. pan drippings or chicken broth
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat butter; saute vegetables and shallots until tender, about 10 minutes.
    In a large bowl, combine sauteed vegetables, bread cubes, grapes, seasonings and enough pan drippings or broth to moisten (do not saturate).
