Chance'S Favorite Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp. melted butter
water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter in iron skillet and pour in cornmeal.
Sprinkle skillet with cornmeal.
Mix cornmeal mix with egg, butter and water until desired consistency.
Bake until brown.
