Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw hamburger (lean)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. red kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, stirring to separate meat; drain.
    Add onion, canned tomatoes, Tabasco sauce and salt.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add kidney beans and reheat before serving.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
    Carbohydrate 17 g, protein 22 g, fat 9 g, calories 237.
    One serving = 3 meat low-fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange.
