Schur'S Secret Rib Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ribs (pork)
lemon pepper
Kraft original barbecue sauce
3 lemons
4 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Cook over a slow fire.
Must cook at least 3 hours to tenderize.
I favor a charcoal smoker with a water pan.
Use hardwood briquets, as they burn slower.
Use soaked hickory chips and add hourly.
Season ribs with lemon pepper.
Baste every 30 to 45 minutes with barbecue sauce.
Last 30 minutes baste with honey mixture which has been cut with lemon juice.
Serve ribs while still hot.
