Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
    1 tsp. salt
    potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (enough for 8 x
    13-inch\tor
    8 x 12-inch dish) in skins until half done,
    then
    grate into baking dish. Melt butter.
    Add cheese, onions,
    salt\tand pepper.
    Add sour cream; mix.
    Dot with 2
    tablespoons butter.
    Pour over grated potatoes. Mix.
    Put in dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
