Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
    8 cooked small potatoes
    8 mushroom caps
    4 red peppers, cut in squares
    4 green peppers, cut in squares
    16 onion wedges
Preparation
    Marinate chicken 4 to 6 hours in oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and garlic, stirring from time to time.
    Alternate meat and vegetables and place onto skewers.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes over charcoal.
    Keep turning.
