White Chocolate Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 lb. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
4 eggs (room temperature)
10 oz. white chocolate, melted
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in large bowl.
Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. Refrigerate.
