Icebox Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shortening
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 packages yeast
    2 eggs (beaten)
    6 1/2 - 7 cups all purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add 1 cup hot water.
    Let cool and add eggs.
    Mix.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of tepid water. Add to shortening mixture.
    Add flour mixture to shortening stir well, cover and refrigerate over night.
    Roll dough out on floured board, and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Dab butter on each roll and rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
