Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped cucumbers
    3 c. chopped carrots
    3 c. chopped onions
    3 large sweet green or red peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Put all vegetables through fine blade of meat grinder. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 2 hours.
    Drain well, adding all vegetables.
    Simmer 1 hour.
