Esta Lawrence'S Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. each: soda, nutmeg and cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped dates

Preparation

Cream together brown sugar, white sugar and oleo.
Blend together and add eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together and add the flour, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add chopped walnuts and dates. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
